(1) You must provider your own proxy IP v4. OAdd recommend you to buy a residential proxy. PrivateProxy or any other company
(2) The activation fee is only necessary the first time but if you fail to pay the monthly plan you will have to pay the activation fee again
(3) The configuration of the cloud is done manually, so you have to ask for the configuration, the request has to be done by chat or by discord
